At MaxFortify, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions, timeframes, and process for returns and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, requests made after this 30-day window cannot be accepted for a refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
- Kept in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- In the same condition in which you received it.
Refund Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal). Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, MaxFortify will cover the return shipping cost. In these cases you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement or reshipment. Please contact us within the 30-day window with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
